You look in the mirror and don’t recognize yourself, your pre pregnancy jeans are still hanging in the closet and you can’t wait to feel your abs again. You’ve been cleared by your doctor to exercise, but don’t know where to start. That’s where I come in!
Schedule your first post pregnancy fitness session before you give birth, I will hold you accountable to sticking with your postnatal fitness routine and contact you 6 weeks after your due date so we can put our first session on the calendar.
How can you start with your post pregnancy exercise routine?
Meet with me 2 – 3 times a week to start getting your pre pregnancy body back. Let’s fit into those skinny jeans sooner than later! We will meet to do weekly strength training sessions and I will help guide you with your cardio plan to help you burn calories quicker!
Don’t have time to make it out of the house or need a more cost-effective way to train? Let me still keep you accountable and we can train remote together. I will email you personalized weekly strength and cardio plans you can do on your own time and you will have access to me for any questions or guidance you need during the program.
This program requires a self-starter attitude and a lot of personal motivation! I won’t be there in person, but I will be in your email box every morning. Over the course of 1 year, I will introduce you to 52 new foods and 52 new habits that I recommend to work into your routines to create your own version of a healthy lifestyle.
